    Default Prize for strength scoreboard?

    Hey powerball people,

What about introducing a prize of some sort for the (monthly?) leader on the strength scoreboard?
Ik know its a bit harsh for the people that have already got high scores in past months , so not sure how you'd solve that one but maybe it would be a good incentive for them to try and beat their scores again!
The reason i ask is because there seem to have been A LOT of scores submitted for the strength board, and you give the monthly leader of the speed scoreboard some powerballs so why not do the same for the strength board?
Besides, it might also help promote the popularity of the strength index mode of the powerball (i love it :-) ).

*ps: thanx for putting up my new submission so quickly!

    Hi guys,

We've decided that from now on, we're going to give a Neon Blue Pro to each month's winner of the main Top 100 league and also one to the winner of the Ladies League. We will give a free wrist strap and leather case with each ball.

As is currently the case, each person can only be a winner on one occasion.

We had thought about offering a prize to each league, but this isn't really feasible given that we'll soon have three more leagues active and more to follow shortly after.

    Regards

    Enda

Okay, thanks for your reply Enda.
Its a shame the strength index score wont be getting one, but understandable as you're not a charity after all
Especially with more leagues on their way...

Still gonna try and beat everyone else on the strength board though! Apart from Akis, because that score is too ridiculously high haha.

    Enda,

I feel a little like Steven. Would you consider the option of two 250 Hz powerballs as before or a Neon Blue one for the month's top winner? Or the winner pay the difference to upgrade to a chrome?...you know to give your winners some options. I know I personally wouldn't want a case or strap...not that I'm gonna win anytime soon, but I'm hoping for it in the future. Just a thought.

Yes, that must be the screamer rotor :-P :-P

P.S. But seriously, Enda/Rory. Please reconsider your choices. Why don't you reduce the number of free powerballs in the other leagues, so to free budget for the other leagues which do not have these prizes yet.

Do people still get two free Powerballs for winning the Top 100 monthly prize? If so, reducing this to one free one and then giving a lady one free one each month means that the same amount of prizes will be given out.

What Enda's saying is that if this is extended to include the Strength Index league, then people are going to start asking for prizes in the other three leagues that are going to appear soon as well. Up to six free powerballs given away each month is getting a little TOO generous!

(Plus we all know that if prizes are given out for Strength Index scores, the whole argument about the "Edouard Technique" will get even more heated. Those of us who don't use that method could be tempted into using it, just to try and win a prize, and I for one don't want that.)
