I'd be happy to activate a scoreboard as you have suggested Steven, but would like to see what level of interest we have first.

Take a 2 minute visual Powerball Tour!

I'll do a video soon too. Last time I tried I got around 11500 and 12000, but I'm sure I could do more now...haven't Powerballed for a couple of weeks, so I should be rested up nicely and ready to blast out some records.
Enda, could you then perhaps start up a poll (one of those fantastic features of a forum ;-) ) and maybe run it for 2 weeks?

And don't you think that such a scoreboard will advertise itself, like the strength index scoreboard for which we also had troubles getting participants? I now remember that I was the first to submit a score on that one :-)
And, I agree with not putting in to much constraints for the moment.
Still, in case of exactly equal scores between two participants you could make the deviation a secondary ranking figure. So, the person with the least deviation is ranked higher.
It seems like a good idea, I'll try and make a vid later, also shouldn't we have a metal scoreboard, not sure why one hasn't been created yet.
On a related note, I've just seen Palm Pilot's two-Powerballs-in-one-hand-with-one-handed-flick-start video. I've managed to get two going in one hand before, but not without using my other hand to get them started.
Nice one Palm Pilot...now start them both at the same time!!
EDIT: Perhaps another "Dual Powerball" scoreboard could be made...two in one hand!?! Then two in each hand!!?
Yes, I have already made plans to make a quadruple-powerball run. Maybe, I'll do it this week. Unfortunately, I cannot flickstart the powerball as Palm Pilot, so I need help from my wife to give me the fourth powerball :-) So for me it will be.

My record so far with two powerballs in one hand is 14k+ :-) But man, that is hard I can tell you. Your fingers have to work much harder and it is difficult to keep them synchronised.
I will make a video of this 14k+ run too.
EDIT: In the meantime I did a 17k run using two powerballs in one hand :-) Woohoo!!!! :-P

wow........2 powerballs in 1 hand?.....
i can't even imagine that, either your palm's really big and can grip all 2, or there's some fancy way of holding the balls.
r3d check out Palm Pilot's video of doing that which is in here http://www.powerballs.com/powerball_videos.php
I didn't say that it is easy to hold two powerballs in one hand. It is especially very heavy for your fingers. And sometimes I tend to loose the powerballs at higher speeds so I quickly use my other hand to prevent that I drop one of them :-)
But I will make a video now so you can have a look. No guarantees that it will be a 17k+ video though, that might have been a lucky shot.
