display not working

the display on my powerball isnt working
I only recieved it today - it was working but isnt now we have only used it a few times - it hasnt been dropped .
does anyone know whats wrong with it ?
we have taken the batteries out and then put it back together again - Nothing seems to work.
any help appreciated as the ball works but we cant keep count of the spins etc.

If you could please email liz@powerballs.com with your query, she will be able to help, and get a new counter out to you.

You might please include your address, the model of the ball (text from the grip band), she'll organise to get one out via Priority Post to you.
