    Default i don't get it?

i've spent the better part of two hours trying to use this cord to start the gyro and still can't get it to work. why would you sell something that is so difficult to use? i am about to the point of asking for my money back. where's the benefit in this if it takes super coordination to use. i was hopeful that it would benefit my golf swing but at this point i guess i'll just have to stay with weight lifting. is there anyone out there that feels the same way i do? help!

I felt the same way, or almost, in my first hours of powerballing. It was a bit frustrating but after a couple of tries you'll get the motion It's not so hard.
You just pull the cord firmly and fast to give the rotor a fine speed (around 3k) and after that you just start to rotate your wrist. you will feel the powerball moving inside and just go with it. you'll see

Took me a few hours too, and I also contemplated throwing mine away and giving up. But the co-ordination will start to happen if you persist. It's all about taking it slow to start with, and just getting those nice smooth circles with your wrist. Imagine stiring a cup of tea or a saucepan of soup. Same action really.
