    Default How to Hold

    Hi guys,

I got one of these as a present this morning. It is really addictive. I managed to get it started after a few tries, nothing major. Anyway, I get it up to about 8000rpm and it starts to slip out of my grip so I cant go any faster. Is this something that will improve in time?

    Thanks!

    More practise.
The stronger you get the longer you can hold onto it.
I had the same problem when i first got mine, but after a few weeks i could hold it any speed i went.

When I first got a Powerball it slipped out of my hand a few times at around 9,000 or 10,000 revs, but once you get used to the grip you'll be able to hold on at much higher revs, when it's producing a lot more torque and trying even harder to free itself from your hand.

I think it's more down to technique than grip strength though.
