    Default too much speed' scores

Hi, I'm pretty new to powerballing (got the ball yesterday). I'm 14 years old and I'm using the powerball every day so far. Here are my scores:
    speed:

    RH
    11171

    LH
    10391.

    30s
    RH
    3741
    90s
    haven't tried that one yet

    goals:
not to hurt myself from too much powerballing

Nice start there. Stick with it and that will improve. Try some 30s and 90s they are good for refining technique

My fingers and wrists hurt so much right now I can't even get past 9.5k anymore. Also I can't seem to get a good grip on the pb anymore. I read somewhere that washing hands before powerballing could help.

    edit:
washing hands with soap definitely works. I just scored 10391 with my LH. My highest score got deleted for some reason, good thing I took a picture of it.

Yeah, but at this stage of the game you'll be beating your record every few days, so I wouldn't worry about losing your score.

You need to take a break a bit man. Don't stress your body TOO MUCH. If you let it rest, you will come back stronger.

It's been almost 2 months now and I still can't beat my highscore. I haven't been powerballing that much but I did start practising soccer so I still work out.
