    Yes I'd say you must be lightweight to go fast in a cart!
    you mean kart?
    no you shouldnt be lighweight,cause we have a weight limit for that and i am under that and i have to put on weight round the seat so i loose time from that.

    just had metal session, broke 9k lh (9039, 9216, 9231)
    no new rh records but got a 9464 and 9452, it seems like i can't get it any higher because it keeps slipping which stops me

    if it keeps slipping try washing your hands before spinnig it helps a lot!

    thanks, i do that already but i think i might need to wash the support band and see if that helps

    Oops my apologies, I'll remember to say kart from now on! How much weight do you need to gain I'm curious? More live weight (as opposed to dead weight) will help you manuever better won't it?

    Good progress on the metal avfc, always remember to keep your hands and the ball very clean. Before each session remove the grip band and wash it then wipe the sphere down too. A very important tip is to make sure you are using non-moisturizing soap! Find a soap that will absolutely dry your hands out.

    i need to be 165 kg total,85 kg is the kart + 51 kg myself.Remove that from 165kg and what you get is the extra weight i need to put around the seat

    we loose weight during the race thats why F1 racers are 60 kg hehe
