I thought i'd make a thread to post my scores rather than just write them down on paper

. Just had a session tonight, i broke my 30s record for each hand. RH from 4582 to 4708, LH from 4508 to 4521. I was close to breaking my other records with a RH 10529 and a LH 10118.

I've recieved my metal powerball today

. I've had a few goes on it and my record so far is 7844.

thats a pretty good start after its warn in you should be aiming for about 8k5

its hard to say for the first two weeks i got a new score almost every other day but you will find that the better you get the harder it gets,now days im lucky if i get a new record a month but i know that if i keep practicing and doing 30s i will get new ones eventually.

so basically don't expect new ones all the time but as long as you keep training they will come

Yeh ok. Also i've only just noticed your first post in this thread because we posted at basically the same time lol and i am going to start doing more 30s. I'm quite suprised how quiet the metal actually is, up until about 6-7k you can hardly hear it, its almost like on a plastic at about 2-3k

im sure you will break them next time just keep doing 30s
