I had a cracked rotor fin in my siganature PB that caused a vibration around 4k and limited top speed to only 9.5k. I filled out the repair form and 4 days later new parts were in my mail box , no questions asked. They didn't even ask for reciept or a proof of purchase from the box it came in, which i still have since it makes a great place to store PB when not in use (sleeping).
