Good peak and PSE scores?

I've just got my powerball today and after some practice I managed to do 9426rpm. I was wondering what is a good score for a beginner?

Also, is there a list of PSE scores that I could compare myself to?

Last question, at what rpm should I train during long periods of time, for example while I'm watching a movie? 5-6k or more?

Average score might be between 11k/12k rpm.

For training i think between 8k/9k rpm is a good value.
