    Default Tstering New Start 2009

Well I'm back and going to start some serious training once more. I've not powerballed since about a week after breaking my record back in January. The reason being is that I managed to break my fingure yet again (3rd time since I started powerballing) playing rugby. It was soo frustrating as I'd just hit such good form. I was already having problems with that fingure (middle fingure) while powerballing and so this just made it worse. I felt very dishearted which is why I've not been about.

I was thinking of starting agin 2 months agoi, but yet again a rugby injury prevented me when I ruptured some ligament in my ankle meaning I couldn't even stand.

Atlast though I'm fit again and getting remotivated with talk of the score boards finally being sorted out.

Now I've not touched a powerball in 5 months (with 1 or 2 exception) so I'm not expecting anything amazing, I just want to get back to over 15K on a consistence basis by November. That is my target.

Below is my first day result back in powerballing.

    13417, 13322, 13441, 13573, RH90S 15524, 13166, 13970, Rap 17831, 13988, 13973, Rap 18028, 13724, 14157, 30S 6130, 14183, 14077, Rap 18237, 14134, 14184, 14278, Rap 18095, 13411, 13897, 13779.

    Default hello

I'm glad to read you again, I hope you will return to the top of your form and you'll beat us and push our own scores.
For a resumption of the scores were not very bad, especially with raptor!

Good continuation and leads you up

    see you soon

    Default rugby team

    hi Tstering,

Where do you play and what position, i'm guessing a back if your complaining about broken fingers lol.

have you found that power balling has given any benefit to rugby such as taking the ball into contact or tackling?
