Powerballs France delivery problems

Hello everybody,

Like many people, I ordered a Neon Blue Pro 250 Hz on the french website : http://www.france-powerball.com and I didn't know www.powerballs.com...

I ordered for 12 days and the website said my item was available and sent in 2 days chrono with a tracking number.

Today my command is still waiting... (En attente)

My emails are unanswered and my phone calls are transfer on a answering machine.

I can see this website is dead : http://www.infos-du-net.com/forum/70...ncaisse-argent , but the manager still receive some money with the website

I've just call my bank. I hope they'll can do something...

Hello I've a problem with powerball france too.

I ordered a Powerball Neon Blue Pro 250 Hz on the 27th of august 2009 (order number #41084) and since then, I've tried to contact them without success. They don't answer to my mails and calls.

8th of september they gave me the shipment number 8d01156053032 wich is unknown in the shipment system.

I ordered the 25st August a Powerball on the site http://www.france-powerball.com/ (Order # 41051)
since no new status "in transit" has not changed . (and they gave me a false track number)

Powerball is great, really great, but when you face obstacles like many people do since a few months, you get discouraged and loose any spark of hope to try and use one day this object..

Because yes, I've been ripped-off by powerball-france too. I'm sorry.. I didn't know..
I wish I could read all these messages before. But you know prices on the powerball-france store were very (but too much in the end) attractive!

So I am really sorry to ask for that, I wish I would not do it, I am TERRIBLY sorry.. would you mind, Enda, taking care of my never-received-order-on-powerball-france-like-other-people-encountered?

I am really sorry to get to that point, and if, Enda, you get really tired of these issues, I would really not mind and will understand you.

So here are the "characteristics": Powerball Neon Blue Pro 250 Hz bought on 9 September 2009, many emails sent (no answer received), many phone calls (many non-answers or many 'we will ship your package very soon'), order number is 41276.

Again sorry about that, and I would like to thank you for what you do and the extremely good support you provide.

At the day my order is always in stand by.
No respond, no moving. I suppose problem's with Powerball France will be continued.

A friend tell me to come here to buy my powerball but i buy two powerball on the french website.

I see all on internet Powerball-France not Good to send the order but they are good to get your money.
I know i'm not alone and i'm Scared for my money :/ This time it's not easy and i was very exited to test the powerball.

I hope receved my order fastly.

I still have no news from Powerball France.

My order : N°40987 for 28,28€
Powerball 250Hz Neon Blue Pro on august 18th 2009.

Please, ask them to send me a complete refund of the order + delivery cost. I start to be exasperated with this.
I can understand that they have problems of stock, but they have also big problems of communications !!
If I have no news next week, I’ll go my local frauds denunciation office. I’m close to believe that Powerball is in fact a big swindle…

Almost very very long for transit as the Web site argue to deliver in 48 hours....Nothing new since september... tried to call , sent email. no response.
