    Hi, I ordered a powerball 15 days ago in France, and the average shipping delay said was 6/8 days.

    After reading this thread, I react now because I won't wait many months like others France's customers that I see...

    Thanks to tell me if anything is wrong with my order !

    Hello everybody,

    My name is Pierre, I'm french and i unfortunately ordered a powerball with the site "Powerball France".
    10 days that i ordered it and I have already phoned them 5 times.
    They said me, day after day :
    - computer problem
    - no powerball in stock until tomorrow
    - we are in inventary
    - ...

    Like you I don't know how to do in order to receive my powerball.
    What makes me angry ios that they dais me 2 or 3 times that my powerball has been shipped and when i phone the following day, they say me an other reason and again and again.

    What can I do ?
    Like everybody on this forum, I hope you could make something for us Enda.

    I try again today to join powerball france but they don't want to answer my call it seems.
    Has someone got some news about his order in this society ?
    And can someone help me to know how accelerate the process to receive my powerball ?

    j'aimerais avoir des nouvelles de ma commande n°001040 !! je commence sérieusement √â€* m'inquiéter l√â€* !! Commande du 04-11-2010 !! cela fait une semaine que je reste sans nouvelle et ou le statut de la commande reste bloqué sur paiement accepté !! j'aimerais au plus vite recevoir des nouvelles !!     Powerball France ne sont plus un concessionnaire de la nôtre et qui n'ont pas de source Powerballs de nous depuis un certain temps.

    Nous avons vécu des questions comme la vôtre de nombreuses fois et a eu beaucoup de problèmes pour assurer que le plus haut niveau de service √â€* la clientèle a été maintenue, et devait donc mettre fin √â€* notre relation avec eux car ils ont été préjudiciables √â€* notre marque en France.

    Dans ce cas, si vous avez acheté un gyroscope de Powerball France et n'ont pas eu il expédiés √â€* vous encore, je vous conseille la meilleure voie √â€* suivre pour vous serait pour contacter votre banque, PayPal ou √â€* votre compagnie de carte de crédit en fonction du paiement méthode utilisée et et leur demander de traiter une charge de retour pour vous. Si vous n'avez pas
    eu aucun succès avec ce que je vous suggère de contacter le
    DGCCRF en France qui devrait être en mesure de vous aider.

    J'espère que le problème peut être résolu pour vous.

    Powerball France are no longer a dealer of ours and have not sourced Powerballs from us for some time now.

    We experienced issues like yours many times and had a lot of problems in ensuring that the highest level of customer service was maintained, and so had to terminate our relationship with them as they were damaging our brand in France.

    In this case if you have purchased a gyro from Powerball France and have not had it shipped to you yet, I would advise the best course of action for you would be to contact your bank, PayPal or your credit card company depending on the payment method used and and ask that they process a charge-back for you. If you don't have any success with this I would suggest that you contact the DGCCRF in France who should be able to assist you further.

    I hope that the issue can be resolved for you.
