I've got too a problem with Powerball France. I was advised to post here where maybe you could help me.
I bought a Neon Red Pro 250 Hz on http://www.france-powerball.com/ the 14st july.
My command is the #40566.
The 27st july, the command was "in transit".
But I still haven't received anything and the number which was given to me to follow the package on the french site www.coliposte.fr doesn't exist.
I have sent many emails which have stayed without answers.
Today, I have managed to join them on the phone. The man said that he didn't understand why I haven't received my package yet and that he would send me another.
But after reading the complains of other people, I wonder if thez really will send me another package in the week as he has said...
I hope you could help me, you are my last chance

I have order a powerball neon blue pro on http://www.france-powerball.com the 26/08/09. The order number is #41069
Until this day, my order is still "in wait" ("En attente"), and i don't have any informations about it. It seems like there is many people like me, who didn't received there powerball a month later, and i don't want to wait that much >_<
I personnaly think that waiting a week to see that nothing has been done about my order is just.. grrr !

I have exatly the same problem as Sanader. I have made an order the 26/08/09 on the french website for a Neon Blue Pro 250 Hz powerball (Commande #41066 (En attente)). I have waited a week before starting to worrie but I still don't have my powerball (it still "in waiting").
I sent an email by the way of the french website but I don't have any aswer yet and I even try to call but nobody answer (and after ten times it's irritating!).
I wanted it for my brother's birthday
So please could you do something for me?

Well Zerts, by giving your order number, we can clearly see that Powerball France is lying when they say that it's only a few orders that have some delivery problems...
This is unacceptable !Sebastien (the guy who delivers the powerballs) is only lying ! That's all he can do !
By the way, i sent a e-mail to the Powerball France by the website (it's apparently working now...), and told them i was very angry...

I phoned them they said they would send my order but nothing !!!
I have been waiting for a month and a half
They're just a bunch of crooks !

After many calls without answers, I finally succeeded in having somebody on the telephone the Friday 8/21/2009 which affirmed me that I will receive my powerball at the latest the 8/28/2009.
The 8/25/2009 “France-powerball” gives me a number of order 8d01167301856 collissimo, which was never recognized by the Post office (service of French mail)…
The 8/29/2009 I recall “France-powerball” on the telephone, and they say to me that they had a problem of routing and that it return me at the latest a powerball for the 9/4/2009.
Today, the 9/7/2009, I did not always receive anything, I do not have any news, and my bank account was retailed for “the purchase” of my powerball…![]()
I am convinced that you would do without a bad publicity to France.
However the lack of serious and honesty of “France-powerball” starts has to be diffused widely on the Net in France via different forum… That is quite sad for a so beautiful product.
Could you send to me the powerball Neon Blue Pro 250 Hz which I ordered and paid please?
