I have my Neon Signature for 5 days. I really love it. It's so addictive.....
In 3 days i have managed to get from 9000 to 11225 rpm. But it is starting to be noisy and i feel some (really not that bad) vibrations too...
I opened and cleaned it (there was a lot of plastic dust in there).

I saw 3 things:

1. I am not sure but i saw some cracks on the rotor fins (hard to see). I
tried to make some pictures of them.

2. next to a drilling hole it looks like the drill was cut into the plastic

3. some kind of printing on the outer surface of the rotor

It become smoother after cleaning, but this slight vibration is still there. I also have the feeling that dust builds up too fast...

Anyway i find your product very addictive and looks really cool with the lights. I am very happy with it.

Hi Adam,

In the first image that does look like it might be a rotor-fin crack, or the start of one anyway. If the vibration does continue, or gets worse, fill in a repairs form, (link in my signature), and RPM Sports will get it sorted for you.

The drill holes, and ones that go through the plastic a bit, are quite normal. I don't know if these can weaken the plastic, but I guess they can.

As for the markings on the outer surface, I'm not sure what these are...probably nothing.

Glad you like the product though. I've had Powerballs for years, and even though my interest is lacking somewhat at the moment, I still pick up a ball and spin one most days!
