Some questions

I'm around here for quite a long time now but i still have some questions

1. I never saw/tried the heavy metal. Should i consider buying it?
2. How do you stop your powerball from spinning? I always let it spin until it stops but i see a lot of people (even experienced powerballers) stop their powerball with their hand at around 5000 RPM. Isn't that bad for your powerball?

I personally put one finger on the rotor to slow it down a lot quicker, i cant be bothered to wait for it to stop on it's own. I don't think it damaged you powerball unless your fingers or hands are dirty, I always wash mine before powerballing for better grip.

i stop it with my finger
i touch it a little bit at a time
not even a touch
and im sure it dosent ruin it

oh and im considering buying a metal but now i have like 10 dollars
