    Default Powerball cutting into plastic

Hello, today while I was spinning my blue 250 HZ pro powerball I managed to get a new record. I was pretty happy, but then i decided to take a spin on my blue neon pro, and it was like a 100 times smoother. I noticed my 250HZ pro kept on making this weird noise, like a pzzzzzz. So i decided to open it. When I opened it i noticed there was a load of plastic all over the place so i gave the little guy a nice clean till it was spotless. But then i noticed that there are about 4 dents in each of the plastic covers, like the axel was cutting into it. I realised that weird noise was the axel shaving and cutting into the plastic. The cleaning helped, but not much. Can anyone give me any tips on what I can do?

Replace your shells (for free!). Dropping the powerball (or hard impacts, etc) pushes the rotor axle into the tracks, making the dents you're describing which interrupt rotation around these tracks.

Just fill out the form, simples . http://www.powerballs.com/repairs/

Thanks, I'll do that. But I'd like to know the reason why this happened. I can't remember ever dropping this powerball.

By the looks of it you were right a bout it falling. I had given it to my friend a couple of days ago for a day. He told me today that he had dropped it once. I can't upload my own pics. It asks for a link.

The last one is perfectly normal all the rest are from being dropped. Spinning should iron them out.
