Techno rattles when accelerating...
I have Powerball Techno which is less than 1 month out of the box and in the last week it has developed an alarming tendancy. It rattles loudly and vibrates to a point where I can feel something inside the mechanism when I am accelerating it towards 10000rpm. If I let it sit in my hand and decelerate naturally it seems to function normally. It was not dropped to my knowledge. Any ideas? Is it defective?

Hard one to call!
It sounds like the rotor support band in this case - the best way to sort the problem is to post the little guy back to us and we'll repair/replace as required - our address is on the invoice or the 'about us' section on the site. Looking forward to hearing from you, regards Rory

That is just started to happen to my techno powerball it too is about 3/4 weeks old i did not worry about it as i just thought it was wearing in. Is this not the case...?
