    Default Side-to-side play causing rattling?

15 minutes newbie here, so far on 9616.
Is it just my lousy technique, or is the play in the gyro not meant to be there? As I shake it, it rattles, and still so at speed. In video's, the sound is just zooooommmmm... Thanks in advance!

well, the play in the gyro is perfecly normal.

By running your ball, when you hear this shock, it means a changement of the spin direction of the rotor (you can observe that by youreself).
With practise, you'll be able to control this, and choose the direction in wich you want the rotor turn.

    [please excuse my awful english..]
