I can see it working your lower arm, yes.
But I am wondering if it will do stuff for my upper arm as well (bicept, tricept, deltoids)?
How much will it help?

Hi Devn,
Yup, I find that it does - just holding the powerball out from your body a bit and spinning it works great on your shoulder and upper arm.

Yes it s possible to workout the muscles of your entire arm, you just have to vary the way in which you use it, as mentioned before holding the arm out from your body will help work your upper arm. Also if you get the ball up to approx. 10K and use a slight turning motion in your whole arm to work your upper body. Try that and let us know how you get on.
Powerball....Absolutely Revolutionary!!

The best way I have found is to hold my arm out straight to the side, it works when you hold it to the front as well, but to me at least is a little easier
