    Default Metal Powerballs

Why don't you sell metal powerballs from your site? Why does Akis get one and yet nobody else can? Please answer because this really irritates me.

A small matter of supply and demand...the lack of one and an excess of the other...and to quote directly from the site; "This model is currently sold out and will be in stock once again in Feb '06"..

    Hope this helps.

In answer to your question about Akis, quite a few people actually have the metal powerball including myself. Trust me it's worth the wait, i think i had to wait a couple of months before i got mine, but it was well worth it.

How much do the Metal powerballs run? With the increased weight how much more torque is created?

I had to wait ages for mine too...I've been waiting about a year and a half!!

Dale, the Metal rotor is about two times heavier than a 250Hz rotor. It's also got more weight distributed to the outer surface. In terms of gyroscopic force I estimate it produces about 4 or 5 times more torque than a 250Hz. It certainly feels it. When I'm fit I can keep a 250Hz going at 11,000 rpm with one hand for over a minute, but I find it very hard to hold onto the Metal at that speed.

Yes...things are not distributed evenly in the world. I am in possession of three powerball metals , one of them being reserved for my brother

The other two are currently being tortured by myself :P One for speed sessions and one for endurance sessions.

But let me warn you..the powerball metal is a monster. Don't overdo, or you will get injuries like most of the metal owners already have got.

Now I am waiting for the high speed rotor....but that'll take another two years I am affraid :-(

Don't know for you but i prefer waiting 2 years for it than having it now but not completely working....The regulars already wear out so fast when you use it intensely...

True...but I just can't wait until I have this screamer rotor so that I can wake up my neighbours with it at midnight
