I have been leaving my left hand, due to having a painful left wrist at times, so I'll have to slowly introduce it back into the swing of things once it eases up.
I start by just using the metal at slow speeds for 5 maybe 10 minutes. After I do a UPC (Ed tech) on my right hand. After this I rest a bit then do a 30 RH, rest again, then another 30s RH. Then I do a speed run. Normally I get the record straight up but if I don't then I just do another 30s RH run and I will normally get a record.
12K is not too far now.
