Hi guys! I got this idea the other night and I would like to know what do you think about it.
Its obvious that the direction of spinning will train your muscles in a different way...thats why whe tend to get different scores spinning in a different direction. I will get better scores if I spin my PB Counter clockwise. .
anyway the Idea I was thinking about . .
If you would train only clockwise both of your hands, then you will get the best score that you can reach using ONLY clockwise method . .
then you would rest for one day, and the next day you would train spinning only counter clockwise method, and get the best score for that !
you get what I mean? like, when you do both in one session, your arm will become tired when you spin in one direction, and when you start doing other direction you wont have the same energy for that anymore . . makes some sense?

the other way to do it would be maybe doing a week with one direction, and the other week with other direction . . Im not sure what would be better days or weeks . .
