whats the warrant policy? i cant seem to find it...

I got the neon green one with the stress ball a few days ago and its already vibrating way too much, it started off fine and got progressively worse. I havent dropped it or even used it that much. It almost seems as its shaking inside its case, can I open this and fix it? Or should I return it?

Open it up and have a look at the rotor fins (the four things holding the spinny bit to the shaft) and see if you can see any cracks

If it's vibrating like a force-feedback controller then it's a busted rotor and there's really nothing you can do except get it replaced I'm afraid.
