hour session today very hard going highest 14970 all balls pretty much dead now havnt brought any new in ages .
end of 15k streak no motivation any more its only so much you can do on your own ..
balls will be put away now untill some thing happens but its seems each year theres less people and no input on site.. only more spam
my only goal was to get 15600 but how long can you go on chasing it..
will be back when i get the powerballing bug back

Whaaaat!?! Just 1 and a half month of powerballing and u give up?? I suggest that you should just push more 30s runs one after another and give it a good rest. Then u should go for a new record! Don't give up yet.

right spinning tonight just to keep hand in will be on around 6pm and will spin untill hands sore

had session loads of low 15ks two bad counter errors which were 15400s cert but 15179 was highest counter score.
got 15k 3rd spin .
will have session in week and do some more 30s 90s

bad cold all week but still cranked out some 15ks after an hour today
4 15k highest 15145.
also got new 30s rh grip rec of 6596
fitted some new metal bands will have to work on them to get them up to speed so slow when first fitted .

new right hand grip 30s record of 6699 getting better.
not bad .
all rest 14600-14900s
scores will be slower as will be working out at gym trying to get stronger before i get kicked out of top 10..

I wish I'd had the enthusiasm to Powerball when I was going to the gym regularly, to see if it had made any difference. Given up on the gym now though, so perhaps I'll start my Powerballing career again in 2011!!
