ok first spin in ages ,had blister after first 30s lol..
target was 14500 but got lots of 14500-14800
one was 15100 but counter 14800
had to stop after 45min ,5 massive blisters
will continue spinning untill next wave of gym sessions

i think iv had it im too old only got one 14400.
all rest all high 13ks
90s 16192, 30s 6228, met 12434.
i will try again sat
iv been this bad before and returned to form but i feel this time its going to be hard work to catch up with you lot..

sat scores slightly better more 14ks highest last spin 14700..
still havnt found any speed yet..
will spin tuesday and do endurance ...

after a rough period in my life all is good again .
so i have time and now want to spin again.
i will have one last go at getting back in top ten and crack that 15600 lol..
token spins after light exercise i was finding hard to get 13k lol, last 2 weeks just hitting 14k.
first proper session sat for full hour plus for comp.
was hoping for 14500 but got 14600 second spin lol.
few 14700 and 2 14800s so very happy with them .
have sent back some balls for repair so hope to have them back soon and will then put some serious effort in.
