thanks for comments guys for last 3 weeks scores have been down my left hand is nearly ready for powerballing my thumb was well bruised ,sore for over powerballing
i will start gym again at least twice a week and dumbell lifts 20kg each night for ?? reps each arm (check out the dragon he can do over 1000 reps non stop another amazing endurace guy)
also when weather gets better i will be wing chun pole training and wooden dummy i will post some vids on you tube later of my wing chun skills
this will boost my strength and get me that 15k (i hope)

thats with both hands, when left is up to strength i should get much higher
messed a ball up doing 30s sounded like a bumble bee was stuck in it.

good news i won a new neon for highest score in feb lol
had a spin today for 15mins have bad cold still ,did a couple of 30s and one 90s run got 16181 bh poor score but iv only just started doing these..
by the way on 30s leader board is that one hand or for two

P.S...have you tried any AMCCs? and the 30s board can be with any number of hands, one or two

If I had a video of my 14834, that neon would be mine. Congrats though! Theres much more in store if you keep working at it. And keep up with the 90s runs, I know you can do much better.

If I'd done over 15.2k like I said I was going to in February, it would be mine. (Well, no, actually, I wouldn't have had a Neon...I would've asked for a 250Hz pro to replace mine which is slowing down...and because of that I would've been EXTRA impressed at scoring 15.2k!!)

had a hour 15mins spin still feeling ill with cold and sore throat (2 WEEKS NOW)any way first 45 mins all scorers 13s highest being 13887 right
left hand still weak cant even get 13k these days
hour up hit small hot mode got 14312,14231,14031,14211,13829,14095,14537 happy with that one, a couple more 14s.
picked up screamer got new right record of 14474 well noisey
when im fit and start training i hope to get higher (i need to dropped two places allready to 40th)
