hum i'm not very good in english but i'll try to explain ...
grip tech means that you hold the pb in your hands all the time, and that you do the hand-change quickly enough ...... (hu not very correct :s)
you have to oppose grip tech to ed tech, which means to let the rotor spin after one acceleration ... (watch Akis 90s or Guicheteau Thomas, you'd see the difference http://www.powerballs.com/scoreboard...s&div=mens.90s )
Of course it's more difficult to do record with grip tech ...

Very nice 30's record there, averaging nearly 12.5k for 30 seconds is very good. How many change overs did you do? If any.

Another 13k7 but no new record ^^

Max left : 13 175 New record !!
Max 30s : 6216 (18rpm under my record)
Max 90s : 17 226 (grip, more than 200 rpm better )

So a nice session but the right hand is disappointing !

I have been powerballing for a month now, after a break of 6 months because of a tendonitis : (
my score are increasing little by little, but i'm happy enough with my 2hour-session today
