Finally i create a topic on my little records ...
Currently my records are :

250 Hz :
Speed : 13 161 rpm (R) / 12 596 rpm (L)
30/90s : 5953/16252 (B, grip)
Dual : 12398 + 12990 = 25388
UPC : 5654 + 9665 + 12839 + 12939 = 41097

My strenght records is already on the scoreboard and my dual record too soon.
I don't want to show videos for the moment

I'll try to make records on the metal later, i'm focusing on the speed 250Hz !

I hope my english is comprehensible ^^

I began in October the 5th Less than two month ago
I did a 5-days rest (after some difficulties to hit 13k again) and my new record (13 161) has come yesterday

I'll make new videos in speed/30/90 and i'll post it here

these last days i have some difficulties to get good speed rscore whereas my strenght score is better than never ... but i'm a bit worried for my speed :s

Today i was thinking of my lost level (few 13k since my first 13k and my little injury ) and of akis's record, i have done a little powerball session (1/2h) and when i was dreaming of my come back at good level (and not to a record) the record appears !



no video because it was very very unexpected ...
I smashed my record by 150/200 rpm (13 161 -> 13 331) and it was the only 13k of the session O_O ....

if anyone can explain that to me xD

Congrats Ryuka..., things like that happen a lot to me too. FOr example, today after doing a little of weight lifting, I picked up My Powerball and in the 4 try, appear a 13.720... , I was very surprissed, because I didn't wurm up. Don't worry, that is normal... (sometimes appear better score when We don't spect it)
