I know this sounds a little weird but I'm just curious as to what people think... and do you think you have to believe to achieve a higher score?

Yes mine does. I achieve better scores when I focus and have no diversions (like my daughter asking for biscuits, heh). I need to be a relatively calm state to ball well. I guess I just prepare mentally and physically before doing a session.

I try not to let my moods affect me, but it does get the better of me sometimes

Yeah... I do the highest scores when I am mad .
No seriously, my best scores appear when I have mentally prepared myself for it (and that feels a bit like being angry). While doing so I raise my adrenaline levels and that helps for sure.

I think that our brain affects alot our body. If we are in a good mood i think there are many possibilities for a 100% session. And the opposite if we let our problems dipress us
So be happy and optimistic to achieve in powerballing (and life)

Never really thought about it much, but certainly when I'm not in the mood for Powerballing, (which is quite a bit lately ), I don't get very good scores, but that's because I don't Powerball!

I've often hit a record, or near to it, when I don't feel on form, that's for sure. When I DO feel on form and ready for records, I'm often disappointed. For that reason, whenever I Powerball, I keep myself in a constant state of utter pessimism.

I've never really thought about it much. I don't think mood effects you, it is your mental attitude that matters, though I accept that your mental attitude can be effected by your mood.

I get little spurts of energy throughout the day, then i dig into this big bucket of sweets i got, find the most sugar filled sweets and then powerball.

This is how i got my record i believe, that lil bit of extra energy gave me a 260 rev boost from my last score!
