Far from being a warning, I would say that if you feel NO pain while powerballing, but aching the next day, then you are working at ABSOLUTELY the perfect level. In a matter of days you will be able to do more without any aching the next day.
    Keep it up pal.

Thanks Physio Blue, you give us all the quality insurance of know what is good or what is over doing it.

This a question for PhysioBlue! Why do we panic about a little soreness or pain when we are older in our late 30's but when we were in our childhood it didnt matter, what has changed for us.

Experience and fear. That is all.
As a child we "know" we will recover. As an adult we fear that if we don't we won't be able to work, support our family etc.
Animals are like children, they injure themselves but seem to "get on with it", because they don't worry about tomorrow.
We let experience worry us, where as my dog can't imagine not going out for his walks. He will try to walk and it might hurt. The next day he will try to walk again, get a bit further until it hurts, then stop and do the same tommorrow.
I, on the other hand, will walk, it hurts, so i say "sod that, not doing that again" and worry about when I will walk again.

Dumb animals / kids. Or not?

Experience tells me that eating this enormous slice of cake in front of me will add extra weight onto my hips and probably won't come off again any time soon. My inner child is telling me to scoff the lot.

    So scoff it I shall.

Experience tells me that you, Tils, will be out running and powerballing at the same time and that cakes calories will be history by next week.

    Enjoy!

Next week would be extremely hazardous, given that I'm 27 weeks pregnant and already bigger than I should be.

    I win!

Thanks PhysioBlue! I think alot of people are concerned about themselves as they think of the future and when disaster happens even it might be nothing, anxiety hits in and it takes time to get out of it

I also think it's normal and I think it will go away after a while.

Hi...I never heard about this power balling. It is quite interesting also. I will try to do these. Thanks for sharing with us.

For the first week that I started using powerball, I must admit that it hurts but after that week, everything is for my benefit.
