New Theraputic use of PowerBalls

Hi all,

I'm a nooby here, and to PowerBalls, just thought I let you know of a new use for these amazin devices.......................

Use them as an aid to quit smoking.............

I'm not kidding, I have gone from about 40 a day to about 10 a day, everytime I fancy a Cig I get my powerball out (well nearly everytime), only owned the thing for 3 days too...........

Hey Mike, welcome to the forums and to the start of kicking that awful habit!

Someone else once posted that they found Powerballs useful for stopping smoking. Can't be a bad thing...a Powerball is worth, what, three or four 20-packs these days?

Yep Adrena1in it was me who commented on my Friend Joanne, she quit the habit really quickly with a powerball.
