Amazing, you look on great form and that is a flawless technique, so l am not suprised you can hit scores like that. Saying that you still have to do it! I am betting that your individual speed run has also got alot better but you are probably waiting to release that score at the right time.

Many Congrats l will have to start closing that gap again, can't let you get too far ahead now

    Keep spinning

Yes, the technique is very important at dual run Jez. Well, technique is important in every league but in dual it always seemed a headache for me. I managed good scores, simply because I had a relevant ease in hitting 15k, but when pushing for more, the one hand (usually left) was getting uncoordinated. Now it's become a little easier. I didn't do anything in particular, just after lots of sessions it seems that my body has been properly "programmed".

I do see some improvements in myself in general, hence the metal and dual scores. Furthermore, I may get more 16k scores on a good day and generally I hit 16k more often and relevantly more easily (well, not that easily but more easily than I used to). However, getting over 16.3k still seems a problem. It's like a wall and probably the problem is that despite technique refinement and hard practice I cannot move any faster (?).

You are most welcome to do so (try and catch me! :-) Maybe we can meet on Dec 15th and perform a quadruplet run of 60k! :-)

    Kind regards to all

Perhaps that's my problem...I just need to have lots of sessions...because at the moment I struggle to get within 1000rpm of my individual hand scores when I do a dual-run.

And does this mean you're coming to England for the final of the Maplin Powerball Championship thing?!?!

    15606rpm and 15610rpm

Ah gosh...that's a shame that they are not exactly the same .

No seriously, this is truly amazing. I am very impressed by the synchronicity you manage at those speeds.

    Respect!!

P.S. Who managed 13200+rpm on an worn neon pb yesterday and 13400+ on a worn regular pb . Well, room for improvement, but still I am happy I can still do 13000+.

Exactly. I had to do many sessions (and really battered the balls with uncoordinated runs) but now I simply do it.

Thanks Steven, founder of dual league! :-)

Actually today I made my most synchronized run with 1 rpm difference between the two scores.

    Kind regards

    Akis
