LCD Problem, new out of box

I bought a new Signature series which i received this morning. When i took it out the box i tried to put the lcd screen on and i got nothing. Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this?

It doesn't turn on at all?
(Stupid questions but who knows) Have you pressed the right button? Have you pushed it strong enough?

Hi Liam,

Please see this FAQ which details the procedure for opening the counter.

If you remove the batteries for a few seconds and replace them again the counter will be reset and should work.

If it doesn't please fill out the repairs form and we'll see what we can do!
