    hi ... I'm from poland.

I have my Neon Powerball abaout a month now
I bought on toys4boys.pl (on http://www.powerballs.pl/ at the bottom there is a link to them).
    It looks like this :

Yesterday I started spining as always and i felt that my ball is vibrating a lot..
I've open it, clean it .. but it didn't help ....
I search this forum and i found this topic ...
unfortunetly my fins have cracks ..
Its hard to take a picture of them ... 2 of the best (worst ) i manage to take:

so ... my powerball is broken .. what should i do? I wanted to ask here first before i call toys4boys ...
Should they give me a new ball or just a rotor?

I didn't drop my powerball ... my girlfriend sometimes uses it but she says that she didn't drop it either ... can it happend just like that?
I think my technique is good .. i can start it with a thumb and after a month i can spin out about 12.3k rpm -> http://pl.youtube.com/watch?v=gRiRCYIz2Tg

now my powerball sounds almost like this -> http://pl.youtube.com/watch?v=9a-hzEzk9QU ... but without that guitar effect :/

So please .. tell me what should I do..

Sorry if my english is bad.
    Best Regards Peter.

    Hello Peter,

    Welcome to the forum.

The cracks in the fins are covered by our warranty - please complete this form and we will send a replacement rotor out to you.

It is something which can happen with either poor technique where the Powerball is 'shaken' rather than rotating your wrist it at all times or also when the Powerball is constantly used at high speeds.

    Regards

    Enda

No chaos, first time is no cost, then you need to pay just for send your rotor to Powerballs.com, not to pay for the ball... (is this Ok Enda? )

    Regards!

    Hi Peter,

    Welcome to the forum!

In this case you will not need to return the broken component to us. Simply fill in the repairs form and I will ensure that a replacement rotor is sent out to you.

    Regards

    Philip

That's the big advantage of having more than one ball. You limit your down time. The big disadvantage is when your having a crappy session you can't blame the ball because they can't all suck
