Hmm yes it does look like a crack!
Check this photo, does it look like it?

If your rotor is cracked, this explains big bad vibrations and the solution is replacement.
Why do you say you don't have the lifetime warranty?
Any powerball manufactured by RPM sports do have it (else i misunderstood).
Could you please post a photo from your whole powerball and your grip band?

The cracks in the picture you gave were the same as on my PB. And I took 2 pictures too, you wanted.

That is an RPM Sports Powerball. It is therefore covered by the part replacement warranty.

Fill in the repairs form, (link in my signature), and they'll send you out a replacement.

But do I need to send the old rotor somewhere? And will they send a new support band/ring too?

not always, sometimes they will need it to search after problem causes and stuff... like me, ive dropped my ball and somtimes (it stopped for now, but still hard to spin) it fakes the score, like when you do 8600, all the leds lit up and it gets you score of 15k... quite irritating, now when i try to do 10k, first of all its hard, second it show about 8900 instead of 9600..Hope you understand ;D,Ron.

I just got my replacement rotor. I'm so amazed because the new rotor is so much smoother and more quite compared to the old rotor. Now I can get back to powerballing

it could be smooth because of the new support ring, which I discovered that wears out much faster than the rotor
good luck with your new rotor...

I only got a new rotor, not a support ring. I only replaced the rotor not the support ring. And I have a question. When you have been used PB for a long time, then can the support ring wear out so much that you must replace it?

The support ring doesn't actually do anything...except rub against the shell and the axle/washer. The part that would wear out the most is the thickness of where the axles sit, as well as the holes of the support ring. I had a PB once that had the axles wear almost right through the washers...and the holes for the axles became elongated and oval-like. Other than that, if those points are fine then the support ring should be fine!
