Have I found out a more intense powerball exercise?
This morning I was trying to find the best position that I could really feel the muscles moving, I tried the powerball low facing the floor, the powerball at head height and the powerball at waist height, it was ok, but not how I expected.
Then I thought, Hang on, what about over the shoulder, Like a tricep excercise?......well......
I had it so my elbow was pointing towards the ceiling and I was spining the powerball by my shoulder*, it couldn't do it for more than 3 mins at high RPM before my muscles felt knackered!, it doesn't work the Triceps, but it does do the biceps, forearm etc, just alot more intense!, One of you guys have probably figured out this before, but thought it would be worth a mention just incase!, its working for me anyway!
Note : *if you have long hair I wouldn't attempt this, It'll hurt a lot if your hair gets caught in the powerball!!, also as a disclaimer, I don't take any responsibility for any damage whatsoever caused by using this information given!
(Sorry for the naff disclaimer at the end, but I once had an American trying to sue my arse because I suggested something before, he did it wrong and apparently injured himself!!)

This is how i spin with my LH, actually a bit lower than shoulder level
edit: I forgot to mention i think i saw this technique on the site, in the different exercises. If i correctly remenber this was meant to train the biceps.
Or maybe just in one direction...
