Okay this seems to be a bent axle.
I put the rotor in a half shell and just give it a flick, it doesn't turn properly
I'll try to make a video but i'm afraid it's too fast...
May I fill the repair form for this kind of problem? How should I prove it if the video doesn't clearly show it?

upload a video and contact the repairs form. They may need you to upload additional photos or videos, but get something submitted. The repairs department can definitely help you with your problem.

I find this quite difficult (i don't think i could achieve it) so how do you expect someone who own a PB since 2 days to succeed?

Edit: sorry guys i didn't look the rotor yet, i received new powerballs monday so i couldn't do anything else but to spin them...
well average is basicly there so you can pass it and get low, as in i do for about 3 minutes at 7k then i pump up for 6 minutes above 9k...
you can play with the peroid as much as you like but the important part is to pass the 10k for quite awhile... if you pass the 10k it means that you can flatten the ruts and when below 10k to smoothen the surface of the track...

    Hope you understand it better
