I wouldn't mind getting the rest of the neon collection, along with the Techno. Eventually, I would like to get one of the 350Hz metal ones for strength.

Can you start it?

If you can,id recommend spending about 2-3 times a week spinning,10 minutes are enough to tone your muscles,wrist,forearm etc.
If you want to use it for fun,no standard schedule should be followed as the key is to enjoy that magnificent object of physics rather than following a specific format.
For fitness and exercise you should train 2 times a week for about an hour each session(these 5 days are for your muscles to rest) including an intense workout schedule !
