    Not bad compared to your record, but the most important is you seem to retrieve your (good) level!
    Also it's cool you passed 12k metal cause this one is symbolic, isn't it?

    I didnt understand the part with symbolic , anyway now im on my way to 14 k and i wont stop until i get there every session i improve abotu 100 revs.. not much but better than a decrease I know I have the strenght for 14 k, now it depends only on technique

    IMO between technique and strength, technique is much more difficult to get...

    What i mean about 12k metal is that it's a bit like 14k plastic... When you break this score you can say you're really good...

    Hi Armitage, I was out a few days for my elbow problem and for my birthday..., yesterday I celebrated with my friends(like 20) in a Pub, it was really fun (Tomorrow a BBQ with all my cousins a family ) A full week of celebrating.

    Did you make some session those days?, any improve?, I keep spining my balls, but relaxed and with my left

    Hi, well I did only 10-15 mins sessions just a few spins nothing much but they were 13+ best was 13375, i did short session because i was in fitness doing some weight lifting and so on.. tomorrow i must rest so i will make "hard" session at monday and it will be 1.5-3 hours session depends on how much strenght will i have, it will be mainly plastic session (90%) and no endurance only speed!.. i hope to make a record or at least be near my old one.


    Good luck with your injury i hope it will get better ! (i was thinking it was same as mine but it wasnt.. )
