I did a short session (it was really hot today at work and i'm totally worn out). It was about one hour long.


I started off with 2 light 30s as a warmup (grip). Lately it's really easy to get me into the hotmode, basically any type of fast spinning in few minutes and i can go for 14k speed spins.

spins as it went:

14k LH ish (by powerballyzer, counter shows 10.5 k lol)
14.204 LH

12.118 RH metal
12.352 LH metal - bang! new record for LH and overall metal record
12.022 LH metal
12.082 LH metal the fault with my left is that it's fast, but weak so many metal spins are impossible even so 3 weeks ago i couldn't get over 11.8 with left on the metal
12.296 RH metal new record for the RH

14334 LH plastic .. i do analyze every speed run in powerballyzer.. in real time and it did show me 14.450
14163 LH
14204 LH

12054 RH metal

did a dual (nothing impressive)

14206 RH (new record for RH)
14143 LH

and that was it

Hello, so i took few weeks rest from powerball, i had to let my tendons be for a while since they started to hurt again.

Anyway, had a careful short session today with 2 30s warmups and a lot of stretching.
The result was absolute domination of my previous records ^^ especially on metal


Both my plastic and metal records were beaten in mere 10 spins or so.

the results are 12.593 with metal! and 14525 with plastic

also did few 14.4/14.3 and 12.4 spins and one 12.586
