Hello everyone in the forums! Long time no see!!!

It's been uhm.. something like 3 and half years since i stopped spinning the ball.

My speed on Left hand was over 13.6 k and the right one was 13.6 also - pretty well balanced. The metal on right hand was 12 k and dual was around 26k+.

For some unknown reason i had a feeling that i want to start spinning the ball again after all these years and when i got home from work i did some spinning, no camera etc.

First thing said i started off high on both hands at 13 k at first spins and i broke the record on both of my hands... unfortunately i had to stop due to my skin ripping off the fingers, i'm sure everyone can understand after not spinning for so long the skin became soft, and the force after hour of spinning just did the work.

I did both hands speed tests and some medium spinning in between.
As i said before both of my hands had 13.6 k before at 2007.
Oh and i'm 22 yrs old now

I also did 2 spins on the 350hz metal and i've got 11756 and 11648 right off the bat (which is pretty close to the 12k line),but my hand was already so beat up that i couldn't continue. I'll mix up some metal tries in the next session just to see if i can beat the 12k.

Overall i'm really happy with the increase in speed to 13.8 on left and 13.9 on right. And that i can spin "fast" on both hands at the same time. Before i could spin fast on right, but left sucked, so i had to train left and when i got it to 13.6 the right was slow, but now both are pretty fast! I hope to break the 14k in next session or at least get some more 13.9.

Also i'm quite interested if there were any new championships? I travelled to the first championship in england held by Maplin in 2007.

Hello, finally i found some free time, this session took about 2 hours, i'm getting to my old session time wich was aproximetly 3 hours a day.

It didn't look very promising at start as i couldn't get even past 13.5 on the right hand. But in the end it was good! read below :P
But it did get better, although i did rip off my skin again, now at the left hand, so i couldn't go too high as it was painful, but i did reach the 13.8 with the left hand anyway which is good and beat the record from last week by few RPM's

i've been hitting 13.7 so many times and overall the spins are high i think it just needs a bit of pushing and it will go at 13.9 or 14 k.


I'm a right hander btw..
So it started out pretty pathetic, comapred to the left, maybe, coz of the plaster on the pinky (it had no grip, so i was holding the ball with 4 fingers)

Edit: i totally forgot to write that i tried 2 spins with metal and one was 11,9k. And i tried 2 spins with Duals and one was total of 26.2 k which beats my record by 200 rpms. but i think i could do something close to 27 k if i do one session full of duals and get to sync. And going over 12 k on metal (again) should be nothing.
