Congrats for your score Armitage, your scores are improving too, just like ESL.

PS: Try to make a 90 sec. and 30 sec. when you start, not in the end...
PS2: My 90 sec. grip is very similar to your 90 sec. Ed, I will try to make a session with a BAD rotor to see if I can make 18 k...

Hehe, thanks Armitage, maybe tomorrow I will try a Ed 90 sec, but just to see what can I do, indeed I want to improve my 90 sec. Grip, because that's the only way to improves my speed scores, more than Ed's scores...

Thanks but, no record breaking before new year i catched a flu, everything hurts so i can't powerball.(not speaking about huge blister on my left thumb) But i will have time to upload the vids, do you know a good site?! where videos can be seen and downloaded (lenght of videos more then 10 mins)

Seems like i can put some of the isometric training, its my first time i was ill since i started powerballing so it will be my longest break .

Javier, no session.. go for it you can do a very good score i know it! And break the 14 k im sure you can do it and look at Paul he broke his 13.7 to 14.1, and on a neon!!! You can do it too

Google video has unlimited length for uploads, but it is limited to 100 MB...and you can download the original video anytime, but not any of the visitors/viewers.

Thanks Armitage, maybe I will try other session on Saturday and I hope to catch at least 13.8k!!, is my Fu***ng tech!!, the same tech, but pulsing a little more, or holding it 1 sec. more, I improve like 400 rpms...! (Friday is my Graduation Party) get better of your flu Tim, nice video you upload there!

I cant spin much since im ill but i got techno for christmas and i want to report that it has fault rotor or im a new 15 k + powerballer i guess not... i remember somebody posted a way to get hight score on techno,... when i spin and the blue neon lights as i spin more than 12 k i stop and then its 14 k or 15 k so i actually do not know how much can i spin it i did get some 12 13 14 and one 15 k score lol ^^
