hmm metal without warmup 11276 100 rpm less then my record so i think ill make 11500 today or more who knows, but my biceps feels like its going to tear auch...i feel that in high speed and few second after that too guess little warmup before metal will be good

I don't know why but i like using the metal for warm-up rather than the plastic

In the past I made the same, now I preffer the 30-60 sec with my plastic than the Metal, because that one makes me a lot of blisters...

I really improved today with my metal !!!

it was about 2 hours non stop session of speed runs

as a warmup i used 90 sec plastic

ok now the RH scores they are written as i did them i even have few vids of 11.8** and 11.7** scores

11422 11357 11383 11375 11448 11429 11313 11443 11254 11194 11225 11319 11257 11297 11402 11311 11384 11381 i was losing my hope at these times.. and than 11570 wow? but no i felt i could do much more so next one was 11868 now frickin way i said i tried again 11668 11677 11866 11786 then i took my mobile and tape it next one was 11889 got it on tape . 11871 close again 11668 then a few 1.7 tries and then 1.3 and 1.6 and than i gave up because my arm was too tired to continue this...


the LH scores werent so good because my elft got tired in half of session so i used it only to start the PB..

10904 11121 10996 10801 11104 11046 11245 11016 and a ton of 11 -+ tries and it got tired.. the LH isnt so important so i dont have records of all tries...


well after few weeks of powerballing i get callus on my pinky finger 2 on each finger... one of the callus was just torn off today i guess its normal but now i have 1 cm of open meat i hope i can powerball tomorow or at saturday



this was one amazing Metal session i dont really know but it was third or fourth serious session with metal and i like it much more than plastic yes i have metal from monday yesterday was no hard session so this was third session i think im getting a grip of this metal

Tim you were right... my scores now are near 12 k im certain that in next session ill make 12 k i just hope my hand and arms will survive until then :d

Hehe, congrats Armitage!!, you pass my Metal record... I think that my Metal Scores are going down, because my Plastic Records are improving a lot. I hope to catch 11.5k again very soon.

Anyway Today I did 13.850 with my Plastic ,35 rpm less than my record.

Congrats Armitage. Very nice score you have if you pass 12k it means that youi'll be able to pass 14k with plastic.So after metal give it a go with the plastic i'm sure you'll get some new records

No reason why not. I got a couple of new 250Hz balls ages ago, but didn't use them as I was doing well with my old Powerball, and I assumed they'd be slower. I got to 14694 with my old one before it started to slow down, and I found 14200 a problem. So I broke out my new ones and within 10 or 20 speed runs I was back up to over 14600 again. Sometimes they're at top speed almost straight out of the box.

When I first did 12k Metal, (12012), that same evening I went on to break 14k Plastic for the first time too, (14076). In 12 days it'll be exactly a year ago!

we have a new speedy guy pro in Czech!!!! 2 weeks ago he was doing 13420 or so i had more than him .d

now hes at 14602 RH and LH only 11500 or so but his hands are extremely good in endurance he made 18+k 90 sec!! using left and right, hes doing baseball. hes 30 years old, wow i have to try harder to keep up with him
