Hi, I registered here today, Im powerballing since 3.8.2007(thats about 1 and half month) and I improved from 12 233rpm(i made that third day i had my first PB) to the actual 13532 rpm, when i first time tried 90 sec run i did about 14400 now im at 16286 and i guess it won't take me long to improve it after my blisters and fingers will heal, because now i can't even handle the PB at high rpm. Last time i tried to break some personal records (that was yesterday) i did 2 times above 16100 in 90 sec run and 2 times above 13400 i was close

only about 60 rpms left to record so i think ill break that after my fingers heal. I tape now almost all my record attempts with my mobile phone, but I dont have any good program to edit/cut the video so i can't post it now on youtube and my last record attempt on youtube is 13309 (its because it's damn 3gp format)

I will do my best to catch up to you guys!

Haha, nice reading about how you got into powerball! You were exactly like me a few months back so you will definitely be improving in the coming months.

Heya Armitage remember me form youtube? Well anyway Nice speed score and not bad strength score I think you could easily improve though as mine is 16241 well anyways welcome to the forums and I am sure you'll like it here

oh well, i couldn't wait for the weekend so i gave it a try today and it was great session !!

I did one speed run before warmup and it was 13064
I have experienced 2 times that when i holded my powerball it somehow showed score around 12500 but i ran it with powerballyzer and it was about 13500 !

speed: 13539 13122 13273 13133 13405 13432 13669 13415 13502 13337 13141 13192 13064

strenght: 16023 16324

Try and burst with your arm down by your side rather then up in the air. I think if you get used to it you could get a much better score.
