not sure if this is a good idea or not,but what i have tried doing is after a session do loads of push ups,untill you can barely do one. that way you can feel the muscles ache over the next few days,when the aching is gone then surely the muscles in your forearm will be fully rested?

Mmm..., I don't thing so. In my case when I stop doing the powerball session, is because my fingers are completely dead, so a pull up will be imposible... My problem is not my muscles, I thing that I have a very nice endurance with that (for the Weight lifting), so the problem are my hands... (Was a session of 2 hours and 20 minutes, now are full of blisters and little muscles of fingers pain)
If you are pushing your hands THAT harshly, a few extra days of rest is definitely good...afterwards, maybe see if you can find some good gloves (golf, football/soccer/rugby, raquet sports, etc)...that way you can put that energy 100% into the gyro rather than losing 20-30% into pulling back dead fingers which are full of blisters?

Jihmmie..., you didn't see my videos eh? , the new Metal Score was with a golf glove, it help me a lot when my fingers started to hurt (I use liquid magnesium too)
My blisters are 99% recovered, so tomorrow Saturday I will make a New session, after a little warm up with light weight lifting (like Installed said)
I'll be glad If I see a 13.8k tomorrow...
PS: I agree with LTLFTC about your video Jihmmie..., when you improve your pulsing(shoulder), 14k+ will come... (wait for me please!!)

Had anther session tonight, no luck. Didn't do a proper session (other things on my mind/things to do/things happening), but I walked away with 13.5K Max, minimum of 11.9K, and mostly hit around 12.4K. It was probably a combination between too much rest and being too busy with other things...
Hi there, today's sessin was Ok but the last one was better..., now I improve a little more: 13.739 (on Wednesay like 13.735 ), but on Wed., 13.6k was more constant...
