not sure if this is a good idea or not,but what i have tried doing is after a session do loads of push ups,untill you can barely do one. that way you can feel the muscles ache over the next few days,when the aching is gone then surely the muscles in your forearm will be fully rested?
nice scores its amazing with such endurance my arm is too tired after a 30s run

My problem is not my muscles, I thing that I have a very nice endurance with that (for the Weight lifting), so the problem are my hands... (Was a session of 2 hours and 20 minutes, now are full of blisters and little muscles of fingers pain)
, the new Metal Score was with a golf glove, it help me a lot when my fingers started to hurt (I use liquid magnesium too)
(I'm a little sad with that, much remembers)
