    Thumbs up Xaverr's Scores

Hi there!, I'm powerballing since 11 months and this are my records:

    250 Hz (Speed): 13.659
    250 Hz (30sec): 6.012 ( I Made it today... )
    250 Hz (90sec): 15.985

    350 Hz (Speed): 11.580 (A few days)
    350 Hz (30sec): 5.129
    350 Hz (90sec): 13.508

The 90sec. of 250 and 350 Hz I started doing it just a few days..., so I think that it's not to bad.

I think that I can improve my records, I try spinnig clock ant anti clockwise and it's works a lot for me...
Today I picked a P.B. and made 13.250 with out warming up ( just made 3 speed runs because today I have to rest, but it's impossible, it's so addictive)

Anyway I will put my future scores here...

PS: The hand grips of ironmind (60lbs) works with the powerball?
PS2: What can i do with my blister?, the P.ball don't but it's killing my fingers..., golf gloves works??
PS3: Here is a video of me doing 13.387, is not my best but a nice score for me anyway...

The golf glove idea might work...I tried using thin cotton gloves and no grip band one time...it solved the blister/pain problem, but it ended up being serious grip training with the low friction..

Hi Xaverr, and welcome. Those are some great scores you've got there, and I'm sure we'll see more to come.

Your score of 13,250 before warming up is particularly impressive. When I am having a Powerball session I always do a speed run first, before warming up, because I will usually add anything from 800 to 1,400 revs to that score when I'm completely warmed up. I usually score around 13,300 to 13,500 at first. If you can do 13,250 when cold, then I would expect you to score over 14,000 when you're warmed up!!

    Thanks boths...
About your post Adrenalin, you are right, was very nice see that score with my new powerball ( with the old I made 13.180) because I know that I can do more than 13.660 or something near of that al least..., so when my fingers works again, I will make other session.

    Regards!

You should try doing a 'UPC' on your stronger hand. Then after this you will be ready for your, near, best scores. It's quick (Takes around 5 minutes) and propels you into hot mode faster then you could otherwise.

Note this HAS worked for me but it varies between different people...so try it out.

Hi Pete, Tomorrow I will make my First "UPC", I hope that I can improve my record.

    Thanks for your advice...

Hi there, I made my First UPC this afternoon but I didn't improve my score, after I did it, I just made a few runs speed (13.250) then a few in the metal (11.000) and 5166 ( new record 30 seg. metal), after that my fingers were burnt so I had to stop. ( Actually my fingers were not very well before doing my routine, I rest just 1 day)

    This were my scores:

    30 sec: 5758
    60 sec: 10600
90 sec: 15344 with a little help of my left (My first UPC)
    speed: 12440
    = 44.142

    Regards!

    Default My Golf Glove arrived

Today my golf glove arrived and with out warming I did 11.070 with the metal and 12.990 with the 250Hz, I think that tomorrow with a nice warming I will break some record

PS: I bought this Glove because I have to wait to much for recovering...
