    I needed metal washers and they sent me 3x 250 hz washers as they are much thicker. If anyone talks with the packagers if you can ask them to be more careful as now I have to wait another week for possibly the correct parts. Thanks...
    I replied to repairs@powerballs.com for the correct parts so I hope they can be sure to get the metal washers out as soon as possible. Thanks...

    I'm not complaining about your service, but I have noticed sometimes my orders do get a little screwed.

    Default A bit off the topic!!

    I ordered a replacement neon rotor in july some time and was expecting it before I went on holiday but it never came aannnd now i'm back and no e mail saying it was delivered, no postage note saying to collect from post office etc. Who do I speak to to find out where it got to!!??
