Ok... Wow.. Amazing workout... My hand is puffy today and lovin it...
Right Hand: 5,535 30s, 9,680 60s, 14,022 90s, 11,817 speed = 41,054..... My endurance was good till speed run.. Felt like I was in slow motion..
