    Yeah. By 90s i'm in all kinds of problems, both with grip and just the pain in my arm. But then the speed seems to be really good.

    I'm going to be doing this challenge a lot as after a nice warm up it seems to be a great way for me to get some nice speed scores. Also it can only help with my rubbish speed endurance ability.

    Metal LH: 4994 + 9185 + 12880 + 11943 = 39002

    New shot at this, right-hand of course;

    6404 + 11968 + 17343 + 13963 = 49678

    Better 30s and speed than before, but a few hundred down on 90s. Perhaps 50k is a little out of my reach!

    Wow, this competition has really taken off! It might be interesting to compare people's Ultimate Challenge scores to the sum of their overall 30, 60, 90s, and speed records to see how everyone compares percentage-wise. Of course Tim would most likely be on top... I cant imagine how you can get 17.3k 90s after a 30 and 60s run, then still have some speed left in you after all that!

    My percentage is just over 92%.

    I decided I would have a go at this one. By the way, great idea and great workout!!

    Right Hand: 4775 + 8488 + 12326 + 11499 = 37088
    Left Hand: 4315 + 7703 + 9915 + 10500 = 32433

    Also, that RH high speed run is my fastest yet! I will most definitaly be running this workout at least once every other day (other days I am at the gym). I will post later after I break a few records!

    Nice on dRuNkN, this certainly is a great working that Pax "invented", and it's superb that you managed a speed record with your right hand. But it doesn't surprise me. You're just starting out and with a decent warmup like this you're going to smash your records over and over I expect.

    I would recommended the UPC to people who are pushing towards 10K and 11K as a warm up. It's ideal as 'new' people to powerball tend not to warm up, they'll just pick the thing up and give it a whizz. This will actually warm they're arm up and get them more prepared to hit them scores that have been eluding them.
